Jackie did more for my skin than years of seeing an in-and-out dermatologist. Tretinoin had cleared up most of my adult acne on my cheeks (with remnant scarring/pigmentation), but I would still get awful breakouts on the sides of my chin every cycle. Jackie inquired about my routine. Turns out I didn’t have much of one, and she discovered many bad habits—like scrub and reusing face towels. She got me started on a Jackie-prescribed routine, got me off of clindamycin. The results have been phenomenal. If I breakout before my period, it is one or two small spots, and they clear so much faster than before. She has let me try take home samples, her facial routines are so relaxing and healing, and she’s extremely accommodating. The products she recommends are fantastic. I’m comfortable enough in my own skin to just wear tinted ColorScience sunscreen and some of their eye brightener when I go out. :)
